I had a Toyota Prius C that was totaled by a drunk driver. The accident happened in July and our insurance sent Toyota a check to cover the loan balance and I have GAP insurance to pay for the remainder. This check was cashed by Toyota in September only Toyota is still charging me monthly payments. Information technology is at present October. Their website's assist card but gives me an mistake message and then the only way to contact them is via telephone. My insurance banker, insurance adjuster, wife, and I have been calling for months and get put on hold just to be hung upwards on after about 20 minutes or so. Again, nosotros've been calling FOR MONTHS. I finally got through today and they said they haven't received this check (even though it was already cashed) and that information technology volition have weeks to cancel our warranties. My wife and I are expecting our first child and we all the same accept no car since nosotros have to make payments on a slice of flake metallic that's sitting in a junk g. This is adversely effecting our credit, my ability to get a job (I quit my task a week before the collision) and my banking company account keeps dwindling even though we cancelled our automatic payments months agone. We did nothing incorrect; all insurance companies involved said nosotros were 100% non to be blamed for the accident. We were struck while driving the speed limit in our lane BY A DRUNK DRIVER! This was completely out of our control and unavoidable. I've never dealt with so much incompetence in my life. We are taking them to court. I'd rather become financing through a loan shark than Toyota at this point. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Marks payments late that were not late.

Financed multiple vehicles through them. Never had a problem until recently. They messed upwards on their end and admitted that to me. Then as I continued to attempt to make the payment they kept proverb information technology was canceled. Then finally successfully fabricated the payment after 6 tries. Then they said the payment was thirty days belatedly when it was just 20 days (which once more was on their end as they admitted on the phone to me). Which resulted in my credit dropping drastically.

They constantly cancelled my payments every month afterward I paid which would effect in late fees. Tried to refinance with a credit marriage due to this but they cancelled my last payment and refuses to requite my championship to the banking concern now until I pay it off even though they constantly screwed me over similar this.

I work at a car dealership, I need to receive Toyota lease buyouts and payoff quotes almost on a weekly to monthly ground. It ever takes over 45 minutes of hold time to get a representative. 9 times out of 10, they will hang up on yous in the center of the call, having to echo this barbarous wheel over and over again. Then, if you lot decide to finance with them, be aware of the lengths you volition have to go just to get simple information.

If your payments takes longer to through than their organization says it might take they telephone call and harass y'all daily telling you yous didn't make your payment although you bear witness to them it's pending and give them your confirmation number. Their Apr is ridiculous and the car is Inappreciably worth what they are saying it'southward worth. Toyota needs to chill out...

T-boned in June and the car blow wasn't my fault. Geico totaled the rav 4. Gecio gave them 29k for the rav 4. Now Toyota wants another 12k because they are waiting for the rav 4 to be sold! How the hell tin can a suv that's in the junk yard in pieces exist sold and if so, that's not my problem, I didn't cause the motorcar blow!!!! Toyota financial has ruined my credit score. That 12k is sitting on my credit study and they haven't sent me the bill. I wouldn't fifty-fifty owe them a penny if they sent me the beak because the car accident wasn't my fault! At present I can't continue with my life with my husband and look into home mortgages because no one wants me until this is resolved! I hired a lawyer and will become from at that place! I'll never buy or bulldoze another Toyota as long as I live!
